Q. How do I sign up for deliveries from Evive?

Call 514 GO-EVIVE (463-8483) from 10:30 to 6:30 Wednesday to Sunday, or hit the "Order online" link on the order page. You will then be contacted within 48 hours to confirm your order and process payment.


Q. Is there a delivery charge?

The charge for delivery in Montréal is $3.75, and $4.75 for the surrounding boroughs.

There is a one time $10 deposit for the cooler.
Cooler bags are left outside on delivery date and picked up when new orders are dropped off.


Q. How often do I have to get deliveries?

Most of our customers receive deliveries every two weeks (bi-weekly) but you can also choose to have deliveries on a monthly basis.


Q. When can I make changes to my order?

You can make changes to your orders up to 9 am two days prior to your delivery day. For example, the Plateau customers receive their deliveries on Tuesday, so they can make changes to their orders up to 9 am on Sunday.


Q. What if I am going on holiday or need to put my delivery on hold?

Please call 514 GO-EVIVE (463-8483) or email us at order@evive.ca. Please allow a minimum of 5 days notice.


Q. Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is $40 for Montréal and $60 for the surrounding boroughs.


Q. When do you deliver?

We deliver between 6 pm and 9:30 pm, Monday through Friday. We are in most areas only one day every 2 weeks. To find out your delivery day call us on 514 GO-EVIVE (463-8483), or check out the delivery page.


Q. Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?

No, you do not have to be home to receive your delivery. We will leave your delivery at your door or in an area that you specify. Orders arrive between 6 pm and 9:30 pm so you will receive your order in the evening.


Q. How do I pay for my delivery?

We accept Visa and MasterCard. Charges are processed the day before the delivery day.


Q. Do you deliver to apartment buildings?

We do deliver to apartment buildings. There are a few options for apartment deliveries:

You get us a copy of your main entrance key and we will leave your delivery outside your apartment door. These keys are kept in a secure place with a special code on them to ensure security.

We can leave your order in a secure location of your choosing outside of your building.


Q. How do I change my delivery address or cancel a standing order?

You must contact the office by phone 514 463 8483 by 9 am, two days before your delivery to change your delivery address or cancel your standing order.


Q. Do you deliver on statutory holidays?

Yes, we do deliver on statutory holidays. We do however close for a week during Christmas and New Years. All members will be notified well in advance of the dates we close over Christmas.
